The Beginning of Sorrows
Published on November 2, 2006 By Sons of Thunder In Religion

When I listen to people speak of the civil wars being waged all over the world and the involvement of the United States of America, I often say to myself the Bible is fulfilling its prophecies. By this I mean according to Matt.ch.24: 6-8, here's what it says: And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Aren't we seeing these things occur now? We as Christians should be praying earnestly asking God for forgiveness and mercy for the sins of this country, and our leaders, past, present and future. We`ve done a lot to ask forgiveness for and a lot to be geatful for. We seem to be getting further and further away from our religious principles this country was founded on. What do you think or how do you feel about this ?

Didn't you post this same article a while ago?  You did, I'm sure of it.

Once again, it's 'come to PASS' not 'past'.  And, once again, people have been saying the exact same thing for aeons.  It aint happened yet, and I seriously doubt that it's happening now.

Fer-ver-ent-y? Is this a cross between feverishly and fervently? Or is it some weird new-age technique? Do tell!

Oh, and it's 'owt' not 'ought.' (hehehe)

This blogger isn't famous for his actually cogent articles, my fine ladyfriends . . . but they sure are great to poke fun at. just wait until "Sons of Thunder" (hear the trumpet music with that name, do-do-do-DOOOO!) comes back with a "scathing rebuttal" to your remarks . . .
